Etiquette for Children in Today's World: The following programs are for parents who recognize the importance of Proper Etiquette Awareness. In today's world you need to provide your children with the tools they need to increase their self-esteem, so they can develop stronger family relations and to prepare them to enter into today's society. Politeness and sensitivity to others are not only the building blocks of good relationships, but also a crucial ingredient of later success in a career. Good manners clearly are one of the most crucial ingredients in today's world.

Children
ages 4-7

In this twelve session workshop series, children learn the basics of good social skills through interactive games, role-playing, and mini-excursions. They will grasp the importance of mindful behavior, body language, a good handshake, proper introductions, patience, and making friends. The workshop includes a dinner party” and an excursion where children put their out-and-about skills to use. Each class is one hour.

Meet and Greet

• the basics of face-to-face interaction and good body language
• how to shake hands and make eye contact
•how to introduce him/herself to peers and adults
• how to make and receive phone calls

• the importance of being thoughtful and how to apply it to daily life

Tweens
ages 8-12

In this twelve session workshop series, tweens learn social and communication skills in-person, on the phone, and online. Tweens will gain valuable life skills, such as shaking hands with confidence, being smart on the Internet, and engaging others in conversation. The workshop includes a hands-on dining event and an excursion to put skills to use. Each class is one hour.

Teens
Ages 13-17
ages 13 and up

In this twelve session workshop series, young adults learn essential life skills needed to succeed in school, college and beyond. Learning the importance of making a positive first impression, students will participate in interactive, engaging activities, including a 30 second elevator pitch, formal dining experience, practice interviews, and safe and savvy Internet navigation skills. Each class is one hour.
